Performance Bridge

Our performance bridge loan is a good fit for quick-close deals or heavier lift properties. With financing between $2 million and $10 million, use this loan for acquisitions, rehab, stabilization, or refinance. You can also pull up to 50% of funding for construction/CapEx.

Bridge to SBA
