Liberty SBF Hires Senior Vice President to Cover Midwest Region
Experienced Commercial Real Estate Originator, Patrick Sullivan, to Continue Liberty SBF’s Growth From a New Office in Chicago
Philadelphia, PA – June, 2014 – Liberty SBF, a full-service commercial real estate finance company, is proud to announce that it has hired Patrick Sullivan, a veteran commercial real estate professional, for its new office at 30 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60606. While Liberty SBF has always lent nationwide, Mr. Sullivan will help Liberty SBF’s increase its presence in the Midwest even further.
Mr. Sullivan comes from a background of commercial real estate lending, specializing in bridge and alternative lending products. In addition to adding Mr. Sullivan in its Chicago office, Liberty SBF recently relocated to a new headquarters in Philadelphia, PA and opened offices in New York, NY, Newport Beach, CA and Boca Raton, FL and is poised for even more growth in 2014.

Prior to joining Liberty SBF, Mr. Sullivan was a commercial real estate loan originator with Equity One SBC where he specialized in providing financing solutions for growing companies, including bridge and alternative lending products. Before that, Mr. Sullivan was a realtor with The MG Group at Prudential Rubloff (now Berkshire Hathaway KoenigRubloff Property Group) in Chicago focusing on residential and investment property sales and leasing. He graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
