Liberty SBF Announces National CMBS Direct Lending Program
CMBS loans will be funded directly by Liberty SBF and focus on commercial real estate properties from $1 – 30MM.
Philadelphia, PA – Liberty SBF, a full-service commercial real estate finance company, is proud to announce the immediate launch of its Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) lending program focusing on loan balances of $1-30MM on commercial real estate properties across the United States, funded directly from its own balance sheet. As the expert in small balance commercial real estate lending, Liberty SBF is excited about enhancing its already strong line-up of CRE loan products.
Liberty SBF is currently taking applications for CMBS loans on property types that include office, retail, industrial, multi-family and hotel. Self-storage and mobile home parks will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
